It's got a 6 speed manual box in it if I remember right. The owner is currently doing another one with a 460 Ford in it.

Hi, yep the P4 110 has a t56 6 speed and you're right its a fresh chev 355 with a few goodies, forged crank, 6" forged rods, 12 to 1 comp, AFR cnc heads etc. The instruments are hidden behind the centre glove box :-) Having trouble getting started on the 460, it'll happen eventually probably.

how do you get on with a 12.1 comp and unleaded
guessing you still have the standard axle under there, did have a look underneath, but what looked like a big square fuel tank was in the way

n whats it like to drive :D

Tesco and shell both sell 99 octane, it has cold air intakes and an air gap manifold, 30' total timing, its all good. Yes standard axle with a range rover 3.5 diff, it slots straight in the original housing. Its good to drive, short duration cam and 180cc AFRs make it pull hard from low rpm. I had a big cam and 200cc pro-1 heads on it before with RPM manifold and it drove like crap, learnt a lesson there in bigger is not always better. Its actually quicker up the strip in 'detuned' mode, I am no longer a fan of large duration cams

At least as sleepery as this one except its far more shiny. I have to be a bit harsh with the manual box to be quick on the strip with this one, the 460 will be an auto :D
