    who remebers these old airfix customs

    i had these for years and i build them as slot cars been in the show case now for years.

    ,,feckin ell ,, how old are they ? i remeber going to ,goslings new agents n, model shop in marple on a saturday morning when i used tto go to my gran parents and i was allowed to buy with financial help a kit one weekend and the paint n, extra,s the nesxt weekend . i remember the cortina ,, but mine got a re-paint in candy apple red ,,, it survived for many years ,

    i got all 3 kits unmade boxed as well, there was suppose to be a forth model a vauxhall victor estate custom that never got released which is a shame, i post some more up tomorrow

    bet you havnt got a 1936 austin ten ?? kit it would be nice to modify one and build a miniture ,EMILY,

    I used to build the older Airfix kits and modify them. Mini, Mk1 Cortina, Model T. Would glue wheels together to make wider ones and tried a few crap roof chops etc. When I discovered where to buy American kits I was in heaven.

    sorry emily not got a 36 austin kit but i keep my eyes open.

    hi emily did a bit of digging and it seems the only kit made of your car is a white metal kit was not done in plastic heres one i found http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SOMERVILLE...-/170993183049 rick.
