    Life in the vast lane

Having sadly had to part with my Firebird for money reasons and having toyed with the idea of getting out of the game completely for a while, I realised that could turn into a permanent exit, which would have been bad, so here is my consolation.

65 Impala wagon, stock 327 & Powerglide, dropped spindles and SSBC front disk kit, 17" ARE rims. Needs a bit of body & paint, interior and endless other odds and ends, but I'm really happy with this longroof. I'm just going to enjoy it, faults and all, and gradually get it to what I want it to be.

I love a long roof and that is a pretty one. Always fancied a bit of a sleeper, they've got great potential.

I would say that you have got an appreciating asset there and one that you can enjoy.

May be wrong but has the 'looks' of a FD Victor estate about it, but about 60 percent bigger
