There is a guy round our way that pedals a lay down bike with a small trailer, he has a flag on a pole so that people see him on the road, always thought it was a bit odd and dangerous, that one above would work.

And imagine dropped 10 or 12 inches(imperial), rack and pinion, 19 inch wheel and 60 profile tyres and W12 continental running gear and drive train
and paint the flag the right way up

Yes £1.5m does seem reasonable compared to some of the off the shelf hypercars out there but just a tad above my pay grade
i do like your idea of using modern Bentley running gear though

The idea for the running gear was the shear class of the Black one
and this on a BRG one as a hard tonneau
