Regrettably, thats not entirely uncommon in parts of town...stay away from the damned casinos and out of north and east Tulsa and you should be ok.
[SEE...other people are driving around now where youre showing em - show em better stuff wouldya?!?!?! ]

Something just struck me... as i was driving along a road just off Timberlane Road looking for 'better stuff' to post on here i passed a police officer in his police car parked up at the side of the road and it occurred to me that in all the days ive spent cruising around the less affluent areas i havent yet encountered any visible police presence at all. It was as though he was standing guard looking out for undesirables coming into a 'rich pickings' area. Is that their strategy in the US? or am i reading too much into it?

Has this fully answered your questions?

    Is everything clear now?

    Anything else?

    Oh dear, its very simple..

Had a few drinkies?.. good, that will help..

Its like this.. As a retired gentleman and entity of leisure who has passed through the portal and been assimilated into TU (Torqued Up) i am virtually confined to TU's boundaries, unless i can find the exit wormhole and remove my tag which i have so far been unable to do. Regarding my physical existence, which is of no importance, the status quo simply remains as is for the time being (pun intended).
As a virtual resident of a certain institution in Tulsa OK i am free to come and go during daylight hours. On the downside there is a curfew in place but fortunately i have 24hr internet access which provides my life support at dark. My nurse generally starts my electroconvulsive/whip therapy at about 3.30am so im usually offline for a couple of hours around then. Btw, she wears a very nice tartan skirt
My virtually go anywhere mode of transport here consists of a Google SV (the Virtual eight model) which i use to explore malamute johns manor and take pictures to document the area for the benefit of western civilisation. Thats really all there is to it! Simples!

Hopefully everything is now crystal clear?

Judging by the amount of pics you found, I think the Tartan skirt is fast becoming standard equipment. ...

    Oh i do hope so

The amount of pics was all wannaB's fault (as usual) for pointing out the existence of the tilted kilt pubs.

Talking of which, i see theyre opening one in Kansas city.. i may have to drive the 200 miles in the Google to check it out.
