    Hello from sunny MK

Hi folks! Iíve just found this place thanks to Blackpop, how have I missed it??

Anyhoo, Iím Ian and Iím from the home of the roundabout, Milton Keynes.
I love to play with cars...my long term project, oh so long, is a 1955 MG Magnette wth a 427 sbc shoehorned into it. Iíll finish it one day, honest but I keep getting sidetracked with other stuff that turns up at our little hobby workshop although, to be honest, I wouldnít have it any other way

    Oww.
there's a few of us within 20 miles that have the same outlook. MGs and 9 second 1/4s lives just a few doors away.

Aah yes, Pel and the monster BGT! His car and new engine have not long left our place, all I have left there now is a door I’ve been restoring for him.

What!!! We letting Bletchley boys in now are we??

Magman! You must take a trip with me to Fads place to see the T bucket mate..... Its a bit of a drive from my gaff though! At least 3 mins

Big G! Ian has kindly let the MGB rest at his workshop for God knows how long now while I have been tinkering for a few years. The MGB has now moved to another workshop in Fritwell for the time being while I work on it with another mate who I'm helping with his Mopar Ford Pop. Ian has in fact just restored an MGB steel door for me. However!! I'm not going to show him that door in its present condition because I adjusted it a little by accident?? I will show a pic shortly

Ian has a very nice MG Magnette. That's all I'm saying right now.

    Peace and love Brothers!

    Pel xx

Good to hear from you, Pel.

Must do the car thing again soon. Always welcome here, be an excuse to roll the T out onto my NEW DRIVE... I remember the Magnette up at Ting' the first time I went there; I think.

Topo might be at the HR Drags in Sept with new Glide, 4:11s and trans barke. May even switch on the NOs.
