    Rotus Elan

thought I`d build something a little different from my last build .a pro street Lotus Elan .stared of with the center section of the Elan floor pan .some 2mm plastic rod was bent into shape making the start of the chassis / cage

cage is now painted and the big turbo rotary 20b engine ,box , intercooler, rad pro stock rear end and front suspension fitted .the bonnet was modified for the turbo and exhaust .the body is now in primer and mocked over the chassis to see the ride height

Well, OFFICIALLY, being a bit of a Lotus-ophile, I should say 'tut tut' to cutting up an early Elan...but unofficially, it does look pretty neat...

I tell ya - you talented people...
