    There's no trace of this '57 Bel Air's registration, sadly
    Pop is Malc Farrant’s,and he still owns the car and still looks good in safe storage.

    i think the 57 was Ian ( forgot your surname ,sorry Ian) Al, do you know.

    I certainly do Ian.

    It was Ian Webb.

    He's still doing high end restos and has built quite a reputation for specialising in Facel Vegas. Malc worked with Ian for a number of years and between them did a lot of the metalwork on my 300E.
